Hi, I’m Akhil Gedam, the Founder of Career Growth Academy and a dedicated Career Coach.

With a background in civil engineering, I understand the struggle of landing that first job as a fresher. My journey started with a lot of effort to secure my initial position without any prior experience. Despite the excitement of getting my first job, the low salary was a significant challenge. Within six months, I managed to find a new opportunity that offered me double the pay.

This journey made me realize the immense difficulty many graduates face when starting their careers. It sparked a passion in me to help others overcome these early hurdles. Engineering may be my background, but my true calling is helping and teaching others. This passion drove me to become a career coach.

Since founding Career Growth Academy, I’ve had the privilege of assisting hundreds of students in gaining clarity and making progress in their careers. My mission is to help graduates, freshers, and job seekers navigate the challenging early stages of their careers and achieve their professional goals.
